Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment as well as sending me a text letting me know you have arrived (937) 789-7078. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your service, you can do this through the website or texting me directly. If you do a no call no show there will be an additional charge of $15 at your next appointment. And after the second no call no show you will be banned from booking with me. Your appointment will automatically cancel if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. I appreciate you all! Kenzie
